This website also uses PostHog for website analytics. PostHog is configured to run without cookies: it does not store any data in your browser, does not track you across sessions, and does not record your individual browsing session. AI-Assisted Meeting Tools

AI-assisted tools may be used during calls and meetings to record, transcribe, summarize, or generate notes from the discussion. Some of these tools join as a visible meeting participant. Others run locally on a device and do not appear in the participant list.

Where such a tool is in use, meeting audio, video, chat, and shared content may be processed in order to produce a transcript, summary, or set of notes. A notice to this effect is included in meeting invitations.

If you would prefer that AI-assisted tools not be used, tell the meeting organizer before the meeting begins.

Recordings, transcripts, and generated notes are treated as confidential client material and are not sold or shared with third parties other than the providers of the tools used to create them.

How We Use Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not share, sell, or transfer personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, typically no more than three years from last contact unless a longer period is legally required.
